Elizabeth K. Carroll is a queer director and producer born and raised in Austin, Texas. Her documentary feature, Diana Kennedy: Nothing Fancy, won a Jury Award at SXSW, played at over 40 film festivals internationally, and was distributed theatrically in 2020. Since then, Elizabeth has led in-house video creative at Made In Cookware and Ooni, and produced freelance work with brands like The New York Times, Netflix, Google, TikTok, and UNFK. Elizabeth is currently in development on new documentary and narrative work.
