Elizabeth K. Carroll is an award-winning director and executive producer based in Mexico City. Her debut feature documentary, Diana Kennedy: Nothing Fancy was selected at 44 film festivals internationally and won a Jury Award for Excellence in Storytelling at SXSW 2019. The film won Best of the Fest at Palm Springs International Film Festival and received a James Beard Nomination for Best Documentary in 2020.

Elizabeth has led in-house video creative for culinary startups Made In Cookware and Ooni, and produced freelance work for The New York Times, Netflix and Comedy Central. She is currently producing Lucha Libre: Circus of Violence, a new documentary series with Emmy-winning filmmaker Andrew Romero.
